Orange/Cranberry in White chocolate
This started out being your basic Cranberry Truffle in White Chocolate. But I still had Thanksgiving on my mind and the Cranberry Relish I had just made. I decided to add some of that relish to the white chocolate ganache, not thinking about the Gran Marnier I had added to the relish. I like to let the ganache sit over night in order for the flavors to mature. And mature they did! The next day, the Gran Marnier had taken center stage, over powering the cranberry. And the good news? It's better than I expected!
